Ryan Collins

From a young age, Ryan began gaining valuable knowledge of the Treasure Coast real estate market by observing both his father’s work as a Realtor and his grandfather’s activity as a long time real estate investor on the Treasure Coast. In addition, he has 14 years of experience as a residential property adjuster and has been involved with several whole home remodels including his own residence in Fort Pierce. Ryan enjoys working to share his expertise in renovation projects and is able to bring valuable insight to his clients in terms of design and re-design, cost, “as complete” valuation and other critical elements of owner occupied or investment-based projects.

While receiving a degree in hospitality management from École Hôtelière de Lausanne, Ryan learned the importance of service and how to provide it to his clients at the highest level. He prides himself on delivering unmatched attention and communication because he knows the value of exceptional service.

Ryan dedicates his time to volunteering on two boards for the City of Fort Pierce while also being a member and past president of Rotary. He spends his free time enjoying our area’s beautiful outdoors with his wife Courtney and their two children. Ryan joined Reef to Ranch in 2017 and has quickly become well known for his knowledge on the local market and his acumen in leading clients to sound real estate decisions. Ryan focuses on representing owner occupier home purchasers, investment-based purchase and resale clients, and home sellers in the Treasure Coast area.

Bret McCain

Bret gained valuable experience in the construction trade, learning how to construct walls, foundations, weld, roofing, and design trussing systems while rebuilding commercial and residential units at 22 years- old after two hurricanes devastated the Treasure Coast in 2004. He has since remodeled several homes that his family has lived in and sold to other families. He shares three young children on the Treasure Coast with his wife, Jessica who is also a local healthcare professional and entrepreneur. Bret has a unique ability to analyze complex processes, identify areas of dire need, draft a comprehensive solution, and execute that solution at a high level that has resulted in disrupting clunky sectors and improving the life for the people he works with and for. His passion is to create value for other people, care for his loved ones, and establish positive experiences for people. Bret holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Florida State University and a Real Estate Sales Associate license from the great state of Florida. When he is not serving on local boards or volunteering, you can find Bret fishing, boating, hiking, hunting, and maximizing enjoyment in life.
